We employ licensed independent insurance adjusters with extensive knowledge in both insurance adjusting AND CONSTRUCTION (something most insurance adjusters just don't have). Our adjusters negotiate with multiple insurance companies daily to procure the insurance benefits that homeowners are entitled per their policies, by identifying estimate deficiencies and accurately re-estimating the needs of each project using industry-standard Xactimate estimation software.

Nailed It 901, Inc. is a general contracting company based in Lakeland, Tennessee, that primarily serves clients in the Memphis and Shelby County area of West Tennessee, and specializes in large scale home improvement projects. As a general contracting company, we’re responsible for sourcing, scheduling and coordinating all of the labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to complete home improvement projects per contract, in a timely, on-budget manner. We further employ a network of vetted, highly skilled tradespeople and professionals to fulfill various support roles to aid in our daily business activities.

Nailed It 901, Inc. is licensed by the State of Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors (license #69615) to perform construction projects valued within our board-issued monetary limit of $3M/ $1.5M. We are further certified with the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) and the HAAG Certified Roofing Inspector Program. We are fully insured for general liability and workers compensation and bonded for our clients' peace of mind.
